Kiwiberries and cucumber salad

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 125 g kiwi berries
  • EAT ME Avocado
    1 avocado
  • 4-6 tbsp salad dressing of your choice
  • pepper

Preparation method

  1. Slice the cucumbers and sweet pepper into even sized cubes of around 1.5 cm.
  2. Finely chop the onion and halve the kiwiberries.
  3. Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop the flesh out of the skin and cut into cubes.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add the salad dressing and stir. Season to taste with pepper.
