A mini sweet pepper! The well-known sweet pepper we eat every day is also available in a mini version. EAT ME mini capsicums are perfect for all dishes that list ordinary sweet peppers as an ingredient. But why not take advantage of that endearing shape as a chef and serve them stuffed?
Mini capsicums come red, yellow and green. They do not grow much larger than 4-5 cm. Different varieties are used to grow mini capsicums than the larger sweet peppers, which is why EAT ME mini capsicums are pleasantly sweet. And another advantage: there are no seeds to remove!
It's so easy: you can substitute sweet peppers in practically any recipe with the mini versions. But their small size is precisely what makes a whole host of other uses possible. Stuffed for example or served as a bite-sized snack.
Simply wash the mini capsicum before use. Then remove the stalk and eat as it is or use in a dish. You can bake it, cook it or add to a salad.
