  • 6 ice lolly moulds

Preparation method

  1. Remove the plastic wrapping from the young coconut. Using a sharp,firm knife slice a circle around the tip of the coconut. Remove this cap. Pour the coconut water into a jug.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwis. Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Slice the strawberries. Divide all the fruit over the ice lolly moulds. Pour in the coconut water. Insert the ice lolly sticks. Place the moulds in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
