Blackberry yoghurt with pomegranate seeds

Ingredients
Yoghurt
- 800 ml yoghurt
- 400 g blackberries
- 20 g coconut flakes
- 100 g pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 punnet Atsina cress (optional)
Preparation method
- Put 200g of blackberries into a blender or hand blender beaker. Blend until a smooth jam forms. Stir the blackberries into the yoghurt and divide between four bowls.
- Top the yoghurt with the coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds, remaining blackberries and cress.
