Ingredients
Caprese salad
- 2- 3 balls of buffalo mozzarella
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 8 sprigs of basil
- salt and pepper
Preparation method
- Thinly slice the buffalo mozzarella and plum tomatoes. Arrange the slices of mozzarella and tomato in alternating layers on plates or a large platter. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the basil leaves from the stalks and arrange over the salad.
