Ingredients
Carambola lemonade
- 3 limes
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 carambolas (star fruit
- 2 sprigs of lemon balm
Preparation method
- Squeeze the limes. Mix the lime juice with the agave syrup and pour into a carafe. Cut the carambolas into slices and add them to the carafe with the lemon balm.
Add 1.5 litres of water. Leave in the fridge for at least 2.5 hours to allow the flavours to infuse.
