Ingredients
Mocktail
- 1 mango
- 0.5 EAT ME cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 333 ml kombucha (e.g. Playful Passion Fruit)
- 200 ml vitamin water mango guava
- 3 ice cubes
- 4 half glasses of crushed ice
- 4 edible flowers (optional)

Preparation method
- Cut the mangoes into two halves around the stone. Carefully cut 8 thin slices from one mango to decorate the glass. Peel the rest and slice into large pieces. Halve the cayenne pepper lengthwise. Remove the seeds.
- Put the pieces of mango, cayenne pepper, honey, kombucha, vitamin water and ice cubes in the blender. Blend for 30 seconds on the lowest setting and 1 minute on the highest setting (this also depends on your blender) until it forms a smooth drink. Divide the crushed ice between 4 glasses and pour in the mocktail. Garnish with the mango slices and a flower.
Tip: Replace the edible flowers with fresh fruit.
