Ingredients
Gin and tonic with kumquats
- 4 kumquats
- ice cubes
- 60 ml gin
- 200 ml tonic
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Preparation method
- Slice the kumquats. Fill the glasses with the ice cubes and pour in the gin. Pour the tonic into the glasses and stir briefly.
- Divide the kumquats over the glasses and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
