Kiwi carpaccio
Carpaccio does not necessarily need to be made with meat. Carpaccio means very thinly sliced, so it can apply to a whole range of ingredients. Including- in this case - kiwi. Serve on an attractive plate with tasty trimmings!

Ingredients
Kiwi carpaccio
- 6 kiwis
- 1 pomegranate
- 50 g pecan nuts
- 2 tbsp honey or pomegranate molasses
Preparation method
- Peel and thinly slice the kiwis. Arrange the kiwi slices on a plate.
- Cut off the top of the pomegranate. Cut through the skin over the segments. Break the fruit open, remove the seeds and divide over the kiwi.
- Roughly chop the pecan nuts. Scatter the pecan nuts on top. Drizzle with the honey or molasses. Serve immediately.
