Preparation method

  1. Peel the lychees and remove the stone. Purée the lychees with the hand blender. Pour the lychee purée through a sieve. Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the purée.
  2. Add the coconut milk and vodka. Mix well (in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes) and divide over 8 glasses.

 

  1. Tip: Pour the cocktail over ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lime.
