Preparation method
- Bring 350 ml of water to the boil and cool to 80 °C in a large jug. Add the tea bags and leave to infuse for about 3 minutes. Add 650 ml of cold water.
- Score the skin of the mangosteen right around. Remove the stalks. Remove the flesh segments and remove the seeds. Add the segments to the tea.
- Cut the lime into wedges and add to the tea with the sprigs of mint. Serve with ice cubes.
