Preparation method

  1. Bring 350 ml of water to the boil and cool to 80 °C in a large jug. Add the tea bags and leave to infuse for about 3 minutes. Add 650 ml of cold water.
  2. Score the skin of the mangosteen right around. Remove the stalks. Remove the flesh segments and remove the seeds. Add the segments to the tea.
  3. Cut the lime into wedges and add to the tea with the sprigs of mint. Serve with ice cubes.
