Preparation method

  1. Cut off the top of the pomegranate. Cut through the shell at the segments and break the fruit open. Remove the seeds and place them in a large jug.
  2. Peel the ginger and slice thinly. Thinly slice the lime. Add to the pomegranate seeds in the jug. Fill the jug with water and serve with ice cubes or leave in the fridge for a few hours. The longer the water is left to stand, the more the flavours will develop.
