Preparation method
- Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Use the melon baller to scoop 8 balls from the flesh. Remove the crowns from the strawberries.
- Alternately thread two blueberries, two mango balls and two strawberries on each skewer. Make three more skyrockets like this.
