Tuna tartare with avocado

Ingredients
Tartare
- 1 lime
- 2 avocados
- 200 g fresh tuna (sushi quality)
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tamarillos
- Salt and pepper
Kitchen tools
- Hand blender (optional)
Preparation method
- Squeeze the lime. Cut the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone. Scoop the flesh out of the skin and mash it with half of the lime juice. Or purée using the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the tuna into 8 mm cubes and drizzle with the rest of the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the cucumber into 5 mm cubes and drizzle with the olive oil. Peel the tamarillos and slice into 1 cm cubes.
- Divide the avocado over 4 glasses, spoon the tuna on top, then the cucumber and finish with the tamarillo.
