Ingredients
Baguette with kiwi and brie
- 1 baguette
- 4 kiwis
- 100 g walnuts
- 200 g brie, at room temperature
- 4 tbps honey
Preparation method
- Cut the baguette into 10 thin slices. Peel and slice the kiwis. Roughly chop the walnuts. Cut the brie into 10 slices.
- Place a slice of brie and 2 kiwi slices on each slice of baguette. Drizzle with the honey and scatter with the walnuts. Season with freshly ground pepper.
