Ingredients
Stuffed padrones
- 1 bag padron peppers
- 150 g goat's cheese
- A few sprigs of chives
- 1 tbsp honey
- 30 g pine nuts
- Salt and pepper

Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
- Halve the padron peppers and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Stir the goat's cheese to soften it. Finely chop the chives. Mix the honey and chives through the soft goat's cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the padron peppers with the goat's cheese. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with some extra chives and serve immediately.
