Ingredients
Spaghetti
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 15 g fresh parsley
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese

Preparation method
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Reduce the cooking time by 1 minute. Drain the spaghetti and save a cup of cooking liquid.
- Halve the cayenne pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely slice the flesh. Thinly slice the garlic and chop the parsley.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the garlic and cayenne pepper on a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the spaghetti, parsley and some cooking liquid. Mix everything together and heat for another 1 minute.
- Garnish the spaghetti with parmesan cheese.
