Crostini with blueberries and cream cheese

Ingredients
Crostini
- 1 brown baguette
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp honey
- 125 g blueberries
- 1 punnet of cress (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the baguette into slices and place on a baking tray. Bake for 5-10 minutes. Turn over the slices halfway through the baking time. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese over the crostini and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice half of the blueberries into halves. Divide the blueberries over the crostini. Drizzle the honey over the crostini and garnish with the cress.
