Ingredients
Coconut water smoothie
- 1 young coconut
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 banana

- Blender or hand blender
Preparation method
- Remove the plastic wrapping from the young coconut. Using a sharp,firm knife slice a circle around the tip of the coconut. Remove this cap. Save the coconut water. Pour into in the blender or the beaker of the hand blender.
- Remove the crowns from the strawberries and add them with the banana to the coconut water. Blend into a smoothie and divide over 4 glasses.
