Cracker
- 4 wholegrain rolls
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 4 leaves baby romaine lettuce
- 125 g EAT ME redcurrants
- 4 sprigs of mint
- Pepper
Preparation method
- Spread the crackers with the cottage cheese and add a lettuce leaf. Remove the redcurrants from the stalks and divide them over the crackers. Garnish the crackers with a mint leaf. Or thinly slice the mint. Season with freshly ground pepper.
