Crispy rolls with cream cheese and chives
- 10 g chives
- 4 sprigs flat leaf parsley
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- ½ clove of garlic
- 300 g cream cheese
- 4 wholemeal rolls
- 8 Lollo rosso leaves
- salt and pepper
Preparation method
- Finely chop the chives and parsley and halve the cherry tomatoes. Press the garlic. Stir through the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add ¾ of the chives and parsley.
- Slice open the rolls and spread with the cream cheese. Scatter with the rest of the chives and parsley. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and the lollo rosso.
