Ingredients
Figs and goat cheese toast
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 150 g soft goat cheese
- 4 slices raw ham
- 4 figs
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 tbsp honey
Preparation method
- Spread the goat cheese on the bread. Arrange the ham on top. Cut the figs into slices and divide over the ham. Strip the needles from the rosemary and finely chop. Scatter the rosemary onto the figs. Drizzle with the honey.
