Preparation method

  1. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score one half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Slice the strawberries into small chunks.
  2. Divide the mango, strawberries and berries over the ice cube mould(s). Add the yoghurt. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
