Kiwi with mango balls

Preparation method
- Use the tip of a sharp knife to make small zig-zag cuts along the middle of the kiwi fruit to the centre. Carefully separate the 2 halves. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Slice the flesh into cubes.
- Cut the mango into two halves along the stone or use a melon slicer. Use the melon baller to scoop out as many balls as possible from the flesh.
- Fill the kiwi ‘shells’ with the kiwi and mango.
