Ingredients
Physalis in chocolate
- 50 g white chocolate
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 100 g physalis berries

- Baking paper
Preparation method
- Chop the white chocolate into pieces and put them in a heatproof bowl. Suspend the bowl in a pan with a layer of boiling water on heat. Let the white chocolate melt while stirring.
- Grate or chop the dark chocolate finely.
- Fold the gold-coloured husks of the physalis berries upward so that you can use them as handles. Dip the berries into the white chocolate and then dip them into the dark chocolate. Leave the berries to solidify on a piece of baking paper in the fridge.
