Ingredients
Rainbow pasta salad
- 300 g coloured pasta
- 300 g sugar snaps
- 100 g seedless black grapes
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 tbsp green pesto
Preparation method
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
- Boil the sugar snaps in boiling water for approx. 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
- Halve the grapes and cherry tomatoes. Mix the pasta with the sugar snaps, grapes, cherry tomatoes and pesto.
