Smoked salmon and kiwi bagels

Delicious to serve with an Easter brunch: bagel with kiwi and smoked salmon. The colors of the dish fit perfectly with Easter.

Ingredients

Smoked salmon and kiwi bagels

  • 4 bagels (fresh or bake at home)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 10 g fresh chives
  • EAT ME Kiwi
    4 kiwis
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • pepper

Preparation method

  1. Bake the bagels in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Slice the bagels across into two halves.
  2. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Finely slice the chives and mix half the with the cream cheese. Season with pepper.
  3. Peel and thinly slice the kiwis. Spread the cream cheese onto one half of the bagel. Arrange the kiwi and salmon on top. Scatter with the rest of the chives.

 

  1. Tip: Add the zest of a lemon to the cream cheese for an extra citrussy accent. Serve the lemon in wedges.
