Ingredients
Smoked salmon and kiwi bagels
- 4 bagels (fresh or bake at home)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 10 g fresh chives
- 4 kiwis
- 200 g smoked salmon
- pepper
Preparation method
- Bake the bagels in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Slice the bagels across into two halves.
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Finely slice the chives and mix half the with the cream cheese. Season with pepper.
- Peel and thinly slice the kiwis. Spread the cream cheese onto one half of the bagel. Arrange the kiwi and salmon on top. Scatter with the rest of the chives.
- Tip: Add the zest of a lemon to the cream cheese for an extra citrussy accent. Serve the lemon in wedges.
