Stir-fried mangetout with shiitake and rice

Ingredients
Stir-fried mangetout
- 200 g white rice
- 250 g mangetout
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 2 rawit peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g shiitake
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)

Preparation method
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Slice the mangetout lengthwise into strips. Halve the sweet peppers, remove the seeds and slice the flesh into thin strips. Halve the rawit peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely slice the flesh. Finely slice the garlic and the shiitake.
- Heat the sunflower oil in the wok. Stir fry the pepper and shiitakes on a high heat for 2 minutes. Add the mangetout, garlic and rawit peppers. Stir fry for another 3 minutes. Finally, add the bean sprouts and stir fry for another 1 minute. Season with soy sauce and ketjap manis.
- Serve the vegetables with the rice.
