Yoghurt with mango and passion fruit

Turn an ordinary bowl of yoghurt into a tropical surprise with mango and passion fruit. Try it for a good, cheerful start to the day.

Preparation method

  1. Divide the yoghurt between 4 bowls. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer. Divide the mango over the yoghurt.
  2. Halve the passion fruit, scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon and divide over the yoghurt. Sprinkle with the muesli.
