Preparation method

  1. Halve the rawit chilli lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely chop the flesh. Place in a bowl. Press the garlic and squeeze the lime. Add to the bowl. Combine the rawit chilli, lime juice, mustard and garlic with the mayonnaise.
