Ingredients
Aioli with fresh garlic
- 1 rawit pepper
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 lime
- ½ tsp fine mustard
- 5 tbsp (vegan) mayonnaise
Preparation method
- Halve the rawit chilli lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely chop the flesh. Place in a bowl. Press the garlic and squeeze the lime. Add to the bowl. Combine the rawit chilli, lime juice, mustard and garlic with the mayonnaise.
