Bear bread with avocado

Preparation method
- Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop the flesh out of the skin and mash the flesh.
- Spread the mashed avocado on the bread. Cut the banana into slices and let the kids decorate the bread with the banana and berries.
- Variation tip: This avocado spread also tastes great on an American pancake. Serve with banana and blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
