Ingredients
Brie with strawberries on wholemeal bread
- 100 g strawberries
- 150 g brie
- 4 wholegrain rolls
- 50 g rocket
- 50 g pecan nuts
- Black pepper
Preparation method
- Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Slice the strawberries. Cut the brie into slices.
- Halve the rolls lengthwise. Arrange the rocket, brie and strawberries on one half of the roll.
Sprinkle with the pecans and season with freshly ground black pepper.
