Preparation method
- Bring the cranberries with the sugar and 200 ml water to the boil. Simmer gently on a low heat for 6 minutes. Add more water if you think the sauce is too thick. Leave to cool for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
Storage tip: The sauce will thicken the longer you keep it. You can always add a splash of water if the sauce is too thick.
