Ingredients
Overnight oats
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 50 g + 4 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 200 ml coconut drink
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g kiwi berries
Kitchen tools
- 2 glass jars
Preparation method
- Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 4 tablespoons of oatmeal. Divide the mixture over the jars and press it down well.
- Mash the banana and mix it with 50 g of oatmeal, the rest of the chia seeds, coconut drink, agave syrup and cinnamon. Divide the mixture over the jars. Close the lids. Put them in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, cut the kiwi berries into slices and divide them over the jars.
