Ingredients
Lemongrass chicken skewers
- 400 g chicken breast
- 4 tsp Thai green curry spices
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 4 stalks lemongrass
- salt

- BBQ or grill pan
Preparation method
- Slice the chicken fillet in equal-sized cubes. Season with the green curry spices and salt to taste. Halve the sweet pepper, remove the seeds and slice the flesh into approx. 2.5 cm square. Carefully slide the sweet pepper and chicken cubes onto the stalks of lemongrass.
- Grill the skewers on the barbecue for approx. 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked or grill for approx. 12 minutes on the grill pan. Turn the skewers constantly. You can eat the chicken and peppers from the lemongrass. Yummy!
- Serving tip: This dish tastes wonderful served with rice and a spicy salad of thin strips of white cabbage, red onion rings, 1 finely sliced EAT ME cayenne pepper and roughly chopped peanuts.
