Ingredients
Mango skewers
- 600 g chicken thigh fillet
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
- ½ tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 mango
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 2 red onions

- Wooden skewers
Preparation method
- Heat the barbecue. Soak the skewers in cold water for 1 hour or use metal
- Slice the chicken fillet into 2 cm cubes. Mix with the chicken seasoning and paprika powder. Mix with the olive oil. Place the meat in the fridge to marinate until needed.
- Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer.
- Slice the sweet pepper and onion into large chunks.
- Thread the vegetables, chicken and mango onto the skewers. Repeat the steps above to make another 7 skewers. Grill the skewers on the barbecue for approx. 10 minutes. Turn them regularly. Alternatively, heat a grill pan and grill for around 15 minutes.
