Preparation method
- Place in the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the oatmeal and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the blueberries and divide the oatmeal over two bowls.
- Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the oatmeal. If you wish, leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to cool. But it also tastes great warm!
- Variation tip: Replace the blueberries with raspberries and use orange juice or another fruit juice instead of milk.
