Preparation method

  1. Halve the papayas lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. Cut a slice away from the rounded base so the “boats” stand upright. Fill with the yoghurt and garnish with the fruit. Roughly chop the almonds and sprinkle them over the papayas.

 

  1. Tip: Sprinkle the papayas with lime juice to bring out the zesty flavour.
