Ingredients
Papaya boats
- 2 papayas
- 400 ml Greek yoghurt 0%
- selection of fruit, for example:
- strawberries
- blueberries
- blackberries
- mango
- kiwi
- raspberries
- 1 tbsp white almonds
Preparation method
- Halve the papayas lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Cut a slice away from the rounded base so the “boats” stand upright. Fill with the yoghurt and garnish with the fruit. Roughly chop the almonds and sprinkle them over the papayas.
- Tip: Sprinkle the papayas with lime juice to bring out the zesty flavour.
