Ingredients
Rainbow sweet potato fries
- oil for deep frying
- 250 g orange sweet potatoes
- 250 g purple/white sweet potatoes
- 250 g white sweet potatoes
- 250 g purple sweet potatoes
- 2- 4 tbsp potato starch
- salt
Kitchen tools
- Deep fryer
- Kitchen paper
Preparation method
- Heat the oil in the deep fryer to 180 °C.
- Scrub all the potatoes and slice them into 1.5 cm thick batons. Sprinkle with potato starch. Shake off as much excess potato starch as possible.
- Deep fry the batons in portions for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt. Tastes great with mayonnaise.
