Sharon fruit smoothie
- 3 sharon fruits
- 500 ml (vegan) yoghurt
- 3 ice cubes

- Blender or hand blender
Preparation method
- Peel the sharon fruit. Slice the flesh into wedges and put in the blender. Add the yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend to create a smoothie. Divide over 2 glasses.
