Ingredients
Sugar snaps with dip
- 300 g sugar snaps
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp roast sesame seeds

- Baking paper
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Divide the sugar snaps over a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until cooked.
- Mix the rest of the olive oil, soy sauce, ketjap and sesame seeds to create the dip.
