Ingredients
Toastie with blueberries
- 400 g brie
- 8 slices of bread
- 40 g baby spinach leaves
- 125 g EAT ME blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 25 g butter
Preparation method
- Thinly slice the brie and divide over the 4 slices of bread. Arrange the spinach leaves and blueberries on top. Drizzle with the honey. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Heat the butter in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Fry each toastie for approx. 5 mins. until golden brown. Turn them halfway and keep a careful eye on the toasties. If they start to brown too fast, reduce the heat. Put a lid on the pan for the last minute to make sure the cheese melts properly.
