Ingredients
Yoghurt and passion fruit swirl
- 400 ml (vegan) vanilla yoghurt
- 4 passion fruits
- raspberries and mint leaves to garnish (optional)

- Straw or skewer
Preparation method
- Divide the vanilla yoghurt over 2 glasses.
- Halve the passion fruit, scoop out the flesh with a scoop and divide over the yoghurt. Stir with a straw or a skewer to create a swirl. If you wish, garnish with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
