Yoghurt-trifle with pomegranate
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 banana
- 500 ml (vegan) yoghurt
- 4 tbsp hazelnut crisp (or granola)
Preparation method
- Cut off the top of the pomegranate. Cut through the shell at the segments and break the fruit open. Remove the seeds. Slice the banana.
- Divide the yoghurt over 2 glasses. Top with half the banana slices and sprinkle with half of the pomegranate seeds and hazelnut crisp. Repeat and end with a layer of hazelnut crisp.
- Tip: Yummy with a little maple syrup!
