Bimi®

Broccoli and kailan in one

Directly to...
EAT ME Bimi Product photo

Bimi® is a very distinctive vegetable. You will not come across it growing naturally, because it was created by crossing two other vegetables. But you will undoubtedly recognise one of its parents: broccoli. The other parent is a little less known, as kailan is mainly used as a leafy vegetable in Chinese cuisine.

The result of this cross is particularly tasty. The broccoli flavour is easily recognised while kailan has contributed to the rather chic nickname of EAT ME Bimi®: asparagus broccoli. The flavour of bimi® is also reminiscent of asparagus. The head resembles broccoli, but the long, slender stems are an immediate difference.
