Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 2 mini paksoy
- 200 ml (skimmed) yoghurt
- 200 ml (plant-based) milk
- 1 tbsp honey

- Blender
Preparation method
- Put the peeled bananas in the blender.
- Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart and remove the stone. Spoon out the flesh and add to the banana.
- Squeeze the lime and add the juice. Slice the mini paksoy into chunks and add the yoghurt, milk and honey. Blend until you have a smoothie. Divide over two large glasses.
Extra texture? Then add four tablespoons of oatmeal.
