- 125 g blackberries
- 125 g raspberries
- 125 g blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 lime
- 500 ml (organic) apple juice

Preparation method
- Purée the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries in the blender or the bowl of the hand blender. Add the banana. Squeeze the lime and add the juice with the apple juice. Blend to create a smooth smoothie.
