Ingredients
Lychee smoothie
- 10 lychees
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 25 g caster sugar (optional)

- Blender
- Cocktail sticks
Preparation method
- Peel the lychees and remove the stone. Put 8 lychees ,the coconut milk and the sugar into the beaker of the blender. Blend until smooth. Divide over 2 glasses and garnish with the remaining lychees (use a cocktail stick).
