Ingredients
Parsnip cvrisps
- 2 parsnips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp paprika powder
- salt
Kitchen tools
- Mandolin (optional)
- Baking paper
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Peel the parsnips. Cut the parsnips into very thin slices, use a mandolin if you have one. Combine the olive oil and paprika powder in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Add the parsnips to the bowl and stir well to coat.
- Place the parsnip slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper making sure they do not overlap. Bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Be careful not to bake them too brown. Leave the parsnips to cool.
