Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 papaya
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 litre semi-skimmed yoghurt
Kitchen tools
- Blender or hand blender
Preparation method
- Halve the papaya lengthwise. Spoon out the seeds. Remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin. If necessary, slice the flesh into chunks. Put them in the blender or in a tall bowl.
- Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Add them to the banana and yoghurt. Blend into a smoothie and divide over four glasses.
